Welcome to Antler & Rose. By accessing or using our website, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, subject to your statutory consumer rights. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Antler & Rose is a UK-based sole trader business specialising in fine art nature photography prints, keepsake greeting cards and postcards.

Our products feature original nature photography and are carefully produced to reflect our commitment to quality.

We operate from the United Kingdom and offer our products to customers across the UK and selected international destinations.

2. Products and Availability

We aim to describe and photograph all products as accurately as possible.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and display.

  • Product dimensions, materials and finishes are detailed within individual product descriptions.

  • Most products are held in stock and are available for prompt dispatch.

  • Occasionally, photography prints may be produced to order to fulfil customer purchases. Where this affects dispatch times, customers will be informed.

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

Our standard photography prints, greeting cards and postcards remain subject to applicable consumer cancellation and return rights, whether supplied from existing stock or printed to fulfil an order.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders where there are genuine pricing errors, stock shortages, delivery restrictions or other legitimate reasons.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).

International customers may see converted amounts through their payment provider, depending on their location and payment method.

Payments are processed securely through supported payment providers, which may include Squarespace Payments, Stripe and PayPal.

We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

UK Delivery

  • FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK orders.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available for an additional fee, displayed at checkout.

International Delivery

International shipping availability and costs are determined by your delivery destination.

Please enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm available delivery options and applicable charges.

Certain destinations may be excluded due to postal restrictions or circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times

We aim to process and dispatch standard orders within 1 business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Tracked 48: 2 to 3 working days.

  • UK Tracked 24: 1 to 2 working days.

  • Europe: 5 to 10 working days.

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 14 working days.

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Your statutory rights relating to delivery remain unaffected.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your Antler & Rose purchase.

Your Right to Cancel

For most eligible online purchases, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact hello@antlerandrose.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Standard photography prints, greeting cards and postcards remain eligible for cancellation even when produced to fulfil an order.

Return Conditions

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will include the original standard delivery charge, where applicable, but not any additional cost of choosing an upgraded delivery service.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs, where appropriate.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Intellectual Property

All original photography, artwork, designs, written content, branding and other creative materials displayed on this website are owned by Antler & Rose or used with appropriate permission.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission from Antler & Rose, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a photography print, greeting card or postcard does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or systems.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.

  • Copy or misuse website content in violation of intellectual property rights.

Nothing in these terms prevents consumers from bringing proceedings in a court where they have a legal right to do so.
