At Antler & Rose, we create photography prints and keepsake greetings cards. Your satisfaction matters. Please read this policy before making a purchase.

Returns
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom or Personalised Items
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used to place the order.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at hello@antlerandrose.co.uk with photos of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Shipping Returns
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
