Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Custom or personalised orders may take longer.

We use Royal Mail and trusted courier services.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates:

Standard UK shipping: 2–5 business days
Delivery may be delayed due to postal services, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

Address Accuracy
Please provide the correct delivery address when ordering.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the UK.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us at hello@antlerandrose.co.uk with details and photos if applicable.
We will assist in resolving the issue, including providing a replacement or refund if needed.
